1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Zion Kitchen website, ordering services, or visiting our physical locations, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Online Ordering & Payments
All online orders are final once confirmed. We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders at our discretion. Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment is required at the time of ordering unless you have an approved Corporate Account with net payment terms.
3. Delivery & Fulfillment
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or kitchen volume. We strive to deliver within the quoted window but cannot guarantee precise arrival times. It is your responsibility to be available to receive the delivery.
4. Meal Packs
Meal packs are one-time purchases available in 7-day, 14-day, and 30-day durations. Payment is collected once at checkout and does not auto-renew. Customers must place a new order when a pack ends if they want to continue service.
5. Memberships
Memberships are non-transferable. Benefits and perks are subject to change. Zion Kitchen reserves the right to revoke membership for violation of our community standards.
